Our Carvings

Vic Berg graduated from Lake Forest College in Illinois with a double major in philosophy and biology. This academic basis is the foundation, which has enabled him to develop a well-rounded artistic expression. Having won numerous awards for his gunning stool duck and shorebird decoys in carving competitions on the East Coast has further established his reputation. He is a featured artist in the books “Waterfowl Heritage” by Neal Connolly and “Sporting Collectibles” by James Karsnitz. He is noted for his unique keel-bottomed decoys.
